Barrel aging
We are caring for our unique collection of wooden casks, filled with brews from renowned Belgian family brewers and award-winning artisans. These casks will rest undisturbed for years, allowing the beer to mature and evolve. Our oldest barrel has been aging for 10+ years, growing more complex with time. And when the time is right, we'll bottle or blend it to a magic assembly.
Bottle aging
We also seek a peaceful location to rest our unique collection of bottle aged Belgian beers. Very few people know that natural beers evolve beautifully in the bottle. The top of our current collection are 60 years old lambics from a disappeared brewery. Media productions
Our unexpected second pillar is around digital and media productions, highlighting Belgian beer's rich history. Over the next five years, in collaboration with a major production house, we will produce two seasons of a series with six episodes for either national TV or international streaming platforms. We will also create a documentary series on traditional Belgian beer styles and legendary people. While our podcast series will feature storytelling and special tasting episodes.
